On 2nd June, 2017, Anqing Foreign Language School’s East Campus convened the ‘English-Article-Reading-Aloud Contest’ in 8th grade.The contest aimed to enrich students’ amateur life, better stimulate students’ enthusiasm in learning English, boost their reading levels, provide students with a platform to demonstrate themselves in addition to manifesting their particular charm.Besides, the whole group of students from Grade 8 positively responded with the game.
So as to enhance the impartiality and authenticity of the grand event, judges from Grade 7 selected and announced the final winners.

Second Award Candidates: Tan Renyu from Class 2, Grade 8; Feng Lingling& Wang Bin both from Class 3, Grade 8; Chen Mali from Class 4, Grade 8; Yang Zi & Wu Hao both from Class 5, Grade 8.
Third Place Winners:Ding Xin& Zhang Jiawen both from Class 1, Grade 8; Li Jing& Zhang Qingshan both from Class 2, Grade 8; Wang Genzhuo from Class3, Grade 8; He Hui& Wang Jiayi both from Class4 Grade 8; Cheng Chao from Class 5 Grade 8; Li Feiyang & Jin Mengyao both from Class 6 Grade 8.
Overall, in this brilliant event, students enormously trained their mentality will, strengthened their courage, boosted their confidence as well as enabled themselves to learn and grow up by means of this marvellous competition.
